Definitions

Visa Application:

According to the visa policy stipulated by the Vietnamese government, refers to the act of citizens of countries requiring a visa applying for a Vietnamese visa.

Multiple Entries:

The applicant may enter Vietnam multiple times between the start and end dates specified in the approved visa.

Application Fee:

The total amount paid by the applicant online with a credit card to the application center. This fee includes the following two separate fees:

  • E-visa document fee
  • Processing fee

E-visa Document Fee:

Refers to the payment made by this website to the Vietnamese E-visa application system for visa applications submitted by applicants.

Processing Fee:

Refers to the service fee charged by this website based on the processing type selected by the applicant (standard processing, fast processing, or express processing).

Evaluation Process:

Refers to the process of this website reviewing the applicant's visa application.

Additional Security Investigation:

Refers to the process whereby the applicant's visa application may be subject to additional review by this website. Any such investigation that may be conducted is entirely at the initiative of this website. This matter is unrelated to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this review, priority is given to security matters such as the applicant's payment method, IP address, email address, etc. This website provides consulting services for applicants wishing to obtain a Vietnamese visa. Therefore, it has the right to select applicants to whom it will provide consulting services. Accordingly, this website may attempt to conduct some investigations on these applicants, such as reviewing the applicant's social media accounts. The aforementioned process includes such investigations.

Approval of Visa Application:

Refers to the approval of the applicant's visa application by the Vietnamese E-visa application system.

Visa Application Does Not Qualify:

Refers to the applicant's visa application not meeting the conditions of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If the applicant has paid the application fee, the service fee will be refunded to the applicant, and the e-visa document fee will not be refunded.

6. Expert Review of Application Information

Information submitted by applicants will be reviewed in detail by our expert team. If any errors, inconsistencies, or incomplete information are found, applicants will be immediately notified to make corrections, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the application.

7. Submission to Official Authorities

After verifying that the information is accurate, this website will submit the application on behalf of the applicant to the official e-visa system of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

8. Application Tracking and Real-time Updates

Throughout the application process, this website will continuously track and provide updates through a dedicated tracking system. Applicants will receive timely email notifications regarding application status.

9. Refund After Application Rejection

If the application is officially rejected, this website will fully refund the consulting service fee paid by the applicant. The visa fee already submitted to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs will not be refunded.

10. Delivery of Approved Visa

Once the application is officially approved, this website will send the visa documents to the email address provided by the applicant.

11. Data Privacy and Security

All personal information submitted during the application process is strictly protected according to personal data protection laws. Applicant information will not be shared with third parties, and will only be disclosed to official authorities when necessary for the application process.

eVisa LLC is registered and operates this website in the United States at https://vnevisa.org, processing visa applications submitted through this website.

This website is not an official Vietnamese government website and has no affiliation with any embassy or consulate. We are a third-party service agency assisting with application procedures. Your application can also be obtained through traditional official channels.

Applicant

Refers to the person applying for a visa on this website at https://vnevisa.org on behalf of themselves or others.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 1) Since this website will immediately start the visa application service process after the applicant completes the payment process, the application fee paid by the applicant will not be refunded except in cases where the visa is rejected.
  • 2) The visa application fee paid by the applicant through credit card, debit card, or prepaid card cannot be recovered through the bank's refund process. The payment process cannot be reversed. Under no circumstances can the applicant request a refund of the visa application fee already paid.
  • 3) The applicant acknowledges that the virtual payment system used by this website to collect online card payments is only used as an intermediary to collect the applicant's visa application fee. The institution providing visa application services to the applicant is only this website.
  • 4) If the applicant initiates any refund request, all details of the services provided by this website, approved visas, service receipts, applicant credentials, IP addresses, location information, and other miscellaneous information will be used by this website to file a criminal complaint with the competent authorities.

Terms and Conditions

  • 1) The final decision-making authority over visa applications submitted by applicants belongs exclusively to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The visa issuance process follows rules established or to be established by the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with Vietnamese law.
  • 2) The applicant is responsible for accurately and completely filling out all required sections of the visa application form. All responsibility for visa issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information entry lies with the applicant.
  • 3) Issued visas cannot be modified in any way.
  • 4) Issued visas are valid only for the applicant personally. They cannot be transferred to others, nor can transfer be requested.
  • 5) If the information provided by the applicant in the application form is incorrect, the issued visa will not be refunded or modified. In this case, a new visa application must be submitted.
  • 6) To evaluate the visa application, the applicant must pay the application fee. If the application fee is not paid, no action will be taken.
  • 7) This website has the right to not accept visa applications submitted by applicants without providing any reason. In this case, this website has the right to cancel the visa application submitted by the applicant and refund the visa application fee to the applicant in the same manner. In this case, this website assumes no responsibility for any delays or losses.
  • 8) If the visa holder has already entered Vietnam, they must leave Vietnam before the visa's stay period expires. The applicant acknowledges this condition and has accepted responsibility for any sanctions that may be incurred due to visa violations.
  • 9) This website is only responsible for forwarding visa applications to the relevant authorities based on the information provided by the applicant in the visa application form. This website investigates the accuracy of this information in exchange for the consulting services it provides. This website assumes no responsibility if the applicant submits a visa application with incomplete or incorrect information.
  • 10) The visa arranged for the applicant by the relevant authorities does not guarantee the applicant's entry into Vietnam. Whether the applicant can enter Vietnam is determined by the passport control officer at the border port. Like other visas, officers at Vietnam's entry ports have the right to deny entry to e-visa holders without any explanation.
  • 11) Although the applicant's visa application has been approved and this visa has been sent to the applicant, this website assumes no responsibility if the visa holder cannot enter Vietnam.
  • 12) Due to technical problems that may occur in the system, even if the visa has been approved by the Vietnamese E-visa application system, the PDF file of the visa may not be downloadable from the electronic system. Therefore; until the technical defects of the system are resolved, the approved visa may not be able to be sent to the applicant. This website assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by such cases.
  • 13) All visa procedures are based on Vietnamese laws and government regulations. This website assumes no responsibility if visa procedures become invalid due to any changes in these laws or government practices.
  • 14) The PDF file of the approved visa will be sent to the email address entered by the applicant in the "Email" field of the visa application form. This website assumes no responsibility for:
    • Incorrect email address provided by the applicant,
    • Emails sent by this website being intercepted by spam filters,

Applicants are obligated to check their email promptly to track application information and download approved visas.

  • 15) Passport control officers at border ports can check e-visa information from their own systems. However, if the system goes down, the applicant needs to keep their e-visa in printed or digital form (tablet, smartphone, etc.).
  • 16) The validity period of the passport used for the visa application must be at least 6 months from the date of entry into Vietnam. Otherwise, authorized officers may prevent the visa holder from arriving in Vietnam. In this case, this website assumes no responsibility.
  • 17) Citizens of some countries may need to meet additional conditions. These conditions are specified in the visa application form. Visa applications cannot be submitted unless applicants from these countries whose applications are approved accept these conditions. If the applicant cannot meet these conditions, the issued visa is invalid. In this case, this website assumes no responsibility.

This agreement consists of 21 (17+4) articles and has been read and accepted by all parties.

Acceptance means that the checkbox named "I have read and agree to the website's terms and conditions" on the payment page has been confirmed during the visa application process.

Unless this checkbox is selected, the applicant cannot apply for a visa through this website. If a visa application has been submitted, it means the applicant has approved this checkbox.

This website may add new terms, titles, subtitles, or rearrange existing content to this agreement at any time.

This website has the right to make changes to the existing contract according to its wishes.

The applicant undertakes that they have fully read and approved the above conditions and have accepted any possible future changes to this agreement.

This website belongs to a commercial enterprise operating within the scope of consulting services specified in the service contract at the bottom of each page.
